Ms. Cristine Boudreau has a background in microbiology from the Université de Sherbrooke. She was an auditor for 15 years at the Bureau de normalisation du Québec (BNQ). She is now a consultant specializing in coaching, development, elaboration and re-evaluation of food safety management systems (FSSC 22000: ISO 22000 and ISO/TS 22002-1, HACCP, Codex Alimentarius). Ms. Boudreau offers coaching on the new Canadian Food Safety Regulations (CFSR), including the Preventive Control Plan (PCP), and on the transition to ISO 22000:2018, including the new implications for senior management.
Ms. Boudreau proposes to solve problems through the effective application of good manufacturing practices, she can write business diagnostics on the effectiveness of the HACCP quality system and she also offers customized training.
